Yvette Klintfalt (BA/Mass Comms Hons) the principal of Hatch Writing and Creative since 2000. As a business owner and communications consultant, Yvette understands first-hand how onerous it can be for small and micro businesses to juggle the many facets of running a business — from being the technician in your business, to marketing and promoting your business, keeping abreast of technological change and, of course, keeping up with administrative processes and bookkeeping. Yvette believes busy people and people who wish to learn at their own pace absorb information better online.
Jacci Quinlivan (Cert IV in Bookkeeping, BAS Agent) is a member of industry groups like Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, Australian Bookkeeper Network and the MYOB user community. She has performed bookkeeping tasks for several businesses and devotes much of her time to creating educational material and supporting online learning students and communities to learn more about bookkeeping software programs like MYOB and Xero.
Di Browne (MCom(HRM&IR), JP) owner of Coach to Empower understands the fear and apprehension sometimes associated with the decision to start a business, no matter what size. She also understands the barriers and hurdles associated with running a small business. Di has helped many small business owners create a successful business by helping them to achieve their full potential.
